Our fee structure follows the recommendations of the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC).
Individual Counselling
$140-165
A 50- minute session just for you.
Parent Coaching & Family Counselling
$200-235
Emotion Focused Family Therapy techniques to foster, build, or repair communication and connection. Tailored to support your family's unique circumstance and needs.
Relationship Counselling
$200-235
A 75 - minute session for you and your partner(s).
Payment is accepted by debit, credit card or e-transfer. If paying by e-transfer, we request that you send to sollatherapy@gmail.com prior to your appointment.
A detailed receipt will be provided by email after your session.
Receipts are provided upon payment.
Therapy services are often covered by extended health care plans. Please check with your provider prior to your session to confirm if your session is covered.
